Another masturbation question? FEMALES ONLY?

So I'm 14, and you may or may not have read in a previous question that I masturbate a lot. I think my parents are catching on. I know they probably masturbated when they were age too, but I can't help but feel embarrassed. My mom does the laundry and looked at my underwear and laughed, “wow I can tell someone gets a little excited.” Then she said, “it's ok to have sexual feelings.” and a few days ago when I was done my dad walked in my room and said, “you need to calm down.” I try to take care of myself when they aren't home, but sometimes I just have my moments that I just got to let it out. What can I do to prevent them from noticing when I am, and possibly control myself to where I can lose the urge when they're home? Any advice on how to not get my underwear so wet, and obvious?

Please help, this is a serious question.
